I'm Kasra "Kaz" Iranpour, founder of Ki Fitness Lab and a Top Personal Trainer in San Diego with over 12 years of experience helping clients build strength, lose weight, recover from injuries, and improve athletic performance. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), I specialize in strength training, functional fitness, and injury rehabilitation in San Diego, creating personalized programs that help people achieve lasting results. Originally from the Bay Area, I earned my Bachelor's in Health Science and Master's in Exercise Physiology from San Jose State University, where I developed a lower back rehabilitation program inspired by my own recovery from severe herniated discs.
My coaching combines evidence-based training with customized programming built around your goals, movement patterns, lifestyle, and injury history. Along with my CSCS certification, I'm also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist.
